Warm-Up
Meditation is much easier when your body can fully relax. This short warm-up settles the nervous system and encourages slower brainwave activity, preparing your mind for deeper, more focused meditation.
Deep relaxation activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping to quiet mental chatter and shift the body out of high alert.
Used as a standalone practice for at least 10 minutes a day, it may also ease muscle tension, lower your heart rate, support better sleep, and help your body recover from long-term stress.
